Whole Body Care for Mums and Little Ones

During your sessions, I look at your whole body and how pregnancy, birth, and daily life are affecting you. Together we’ll work on easing pain and tension, improving how your body moves and functions, and giving you simple strategies to help you feel more comfortable and confident during pregnancy and as a mother.

In baby sessions, I tune into how birth, feeding, and early growth are shaping their comfort. Using a gentle touch, I help release tension, support smoother movement and function, and encourage your baby’s nervous system to settle. Treatment is always responsive and adapted to what your baby can safely receive, with you close by and fully involved.

For Babies

From the first few days of life onwards, I offer gentle osteopathic care for babies. Treatment is very light, calming and tailored to your little one’s needs. Sessions are always adapted to what your baby can comfortably receive, and focus on supporting their comfort, feeding, movement and overall ease.

Support may include:

  • Feeding and latching difficulties

  • Excessive crying, colic and unsettled behaviour

  • Reflux and digestive discomfort

  • Preference for turning the head to one side

  • Posture support

  • General tension after a long or difficult birth

I treat around any babies needs, encouraging parents to be an integrated part of the treatment sessions.

Whether you would simply like a check-up or support following a specific issue, you are welcome to come along.
